I directed a BTS film for MCASD’s exhibition Yan Pei-Ming: A Burial in Shanghai. Shot over two days, the film follows the museum’s curatorial and operations teams as they unbox, assemble, and install the monumental work. The goal was to humanize a highly technical, behind the scenes process by focusing on the quiet choreography, teamwork, and care that bring a major exhibition to life, creating engaging content that builds anticipation and invites audiences into moments they rarely get to see.
